1. Damaged or Wrong Product:

   2.2 Return Confirmation: If your request meets the requirements outlined in this return policy, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number or provide confirmation for the return or exchange.
   2.3 Return Shipping: The product must be returned to us in its original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. You are responsible for secure packaging and shipping the product back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking capabilities. The return shipping costs will be borne by us in cases of damaged products or wrong item delivery.
   2.4 Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will process either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that replacements are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to provide a refund instead.
2. Exclusions:
